What we do.
Whether it is assistance with a building survey for the purpose of providing you with information on a property you are proposing to purchase or helping you in dealing with party wall matters if you or a neighbour are undertaking building works. We are here to provide you with the assistance and guidance you may need.
Our surveyors are qualified and our practice is regulated by the RICS to provide you with the piece of mind that we are qualified to provide you with the best advise to the highest possible standards.
Our director Simon Abrahams is also a member of the Faculty of Party Wall Surveyors providing our surveyors with the training and support to remain up to date with developments in this field of practice.

We can offer guidance and act for both building owners or adjoining owner in matters relating to building works that fall under the Party Wall etc. Act 1996.
Building Surveys
When purchasing a property, it is important to know what you are buying. We can offer you a detailed building survey and report on your proposed purchase, prior to entering in to a commitment to purchase the property.
Snagging Schedules
A snagging schedule can be prepared on a newly completed property or completion or building works. We can prepare a detailed written and photographic snagging schedule of repairs that need to be undertaken before completion or release of money held on retention.
Schedules of Condition
It can often be important to undertake a schedule of condition for a number of reasons, be it of a neighbours property prior to the commencement of works or before entering into a lease. We can provide a detailed written and photographic schedule to suit your requirements.
Scaffold & other Access Licenses
Property owners may sometimes find they require access to a neighbours land to facilitate works. Where this access is provided under the Party Wall etc. Act 1996, a license can be granted. We can act for both building owners or neighbours to assist with the preparation and execution of a scaffold or access license.
Specific Defect Survey
If you have noticed a problem with your property or a property you are intending to purchase, we can undertake an inspection to provide you a detailed analysis of thedefect along with recommendations as to how to resolve the issue.
License to Alter
Whether you are a leaseholder of freeholder, we can advise you on matters relating to agreeing a license to alter to ensure that all parties are suitably covered.
